Coming soon. Confluence shows Coming soon in Settings and cannot be connected yet, and so do Jira, Linear and Zoho Projects, named below. This page describes how Confluence will work.
If your policies and how-to pages live in Confluence, Softbooq can bring them in. Pages from the spaces you link become policies in Compliance, and they are listed in the IT knowledge base, each with a link back to Confluence. Softbooq only reads Confluence: it never changes anything there. Confluence is in Settings → Integrations, under Project Management. Compliance and IT & Helpdesk are part of Softbooq Pro.

Choose Connect Confluence

Sign in to Atlassian and allow Softbooq to read your Confluence site.

Choose Manage spaces

Link Confluence Spaces lists your spaces. For each one you want, pick the policy category its pages should go to (HR, Finance, Data protection, Security, Code of conduct, General or Other), tick IT Helpdesk KB if it is a helpdesk space, and choose Link.
Linking a space brings its pages in straight away.

What you get

  • In Compliance: each page becomes a policy in the category you chose, with a Confluence badge. A current page is Active, a draft is Draft, and an archived page is Retired. Filter the Policies tab by source to see only Confluence pages.
  • In IT & Helpdesk: the Knowledge Base tab lists the pages under Confluence Pages, each opening in Confluence.
  • For Jacinta: the pages can be used when she answers questions about your policies.

Staying in step

Pages are brought in again every night, so changes in Confluence reach Softbooq by the next morning. Sync now brings them in at once.

Disconnect

Disconnect stops the sync. Your space links are kept, paused, and policies already brought in stay in Softbooq. You can reconnect later.
