ai.softbooq.com, is Jacinta in a full-page app. It is for longer work than the panel in the ERP: questions across your whole business, documents you attach, projects with their own knowledge, and reports that arrive on a schedule. It reads the same records as the ERP and uses the same credit wallet.

Chat
Chats in the app always use the Advanced engine, so each message uses AI credits. Attach a PDF (under 10 MB), a CSV or an Excel file to ask about it. Deep analysis investigates across many steps for harder questions, and uses more credits, up to a cap. Chats can be pinned, put in folders and exported as PDF, Markdown or text. The Prompt library keeps questions you ask often. Delete a chat you no longer want from its menu.Projects
A project groups chats around one piece of work, with its own Custom instructions and files. Share with teammates lets them open the project and chat with its knowledge; only you can change it.Knowledge
A knowledge base is a set of documents Jacinta answers from: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text or images. Make it open to Everyone, or Restricted to chosen roles or people. Admins and Managers always have access. Each knowledge base is a folder inside AI Knowledge in Softbooq Files.Memory
Facts about your workspace that Jacinta remembers in every chat. Pause or Forget any of them. Only Admins can change what Jacinta remembers.Workflows
Reports Jacinta writes for you Daily, Weekly or Monthly, or when a figure crosses a threshold you set (checked every hour), drawn from your books. Give a workflow a Monthly credit budget. Each workspace gets 5 workflow reports a month included; after that each costs 1 credit. Only Admins can create or change workflows.Who can use it, and what it can see
The same people as Jacinta in the ERP: Admins, Managers, Employees, Sales Reps and AI Users, once Softbooq AI is switched on for the workspace. It reaches only the records each person may see, in the modules your plan includes, plus the knowledge bases and project files they can open. An AI User has no access to ERP records, only to knowledge and projects. What Jacinta may read, and for how long ERP chats are kept, is set by an Admin in the ERP under Settings → Softbooq AI. An Admin can also turn Softbooq AI off for everyone in the Admin Portal, under Apps.See also
