Subscription & Plans

Softbooq has three plans, each priced per user. Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial, with no card needed.

The plans

Paying yearly gives you two months free. Workspaces billed in a eurozone country pay the same figures in euros; everywhere else pays in US dollars, and Stripe shows your local currency at checkout. To pay another way, such as MTN or Orange Mobile Money or a bank transfer, contact billing support. Every plan includes Softbooq Files, your public site, unlimited locations, and Softbooq AI’s free Fast assistant. Advanced AI is paid with AI credits.

Seats

You pay for each person who uses the workspace. Auditor and AI User seats are free. When every seat you pay for is taken, add seats before inviting anyone else: Admin Portal → Seats → Add Seats.

The free trial

Your trial lasts 30 days, on the plan you chose when you signed up (Softbooq Pro if you did not choose). While you are on trial, you can switch freely between plans in the ERP’s Settings → Billing & Plans, under Try a different plan, and nothing is charged. Reminders come 7 days and 3 days before the trial ends, and on the day. If you have not subscribed by then, the workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still open it, read everything in it and export it, but nothing new can be saved, and connected integrations pause. An Admin can choose a plan at any time, and the workspace carries on where it left off. 14 days after a trial ends without a subscription, the workspace is cancelled. Change plan, pay, cancel

Billing is in the Admin Portal, at accounts.softbooq.com/admin, under Billing. Only Admins can open it. From the ERP, Settings → Billing & Plans → Open Admin Portal takes you there.

• Available plans: choose Monthly or Yearly, then Upgrade to, Switch to or Subscribe to a plan. Softbooq shows what you pay today before you Confirm Change.
• Manage Billing: your invoices, your payment method, and cancelling.
• Recent Invoices: each invoice as a PDF.

If a payment fails

The workspace stays fully usable for 14 days while the payment is retried, and you get an email asking you to update your payment method. If it is still not paid after that, the workspace becomes read-only until payment goes through, and it is fully usable again by itself once it does. Nothing is deleted while it is read-only.

When a workspace is deleted

A cancelled workspace, or one an Admin closes, is permanently deleted 90 days after it was cancelled or closed, with everything in it, unless a document in it is under legal hold. Until then it can be brought back: an Admin chooses a plan, or reopens it. The workspace shows the deletion date, and its Admins get an email 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before it. Softbooq does not keep your business’s records for you after that. If the law requires you to keep them, as German commercial law does for your accounts, export them before the deletion date.
