Every Softbooq workspace has a public site at <your-handle>.mysoftbooq.com. Its home page introduces your business and links to your online store, careers page and contact details. The same site carries your online store, careers page, customer account and help centre. Everything about it is set in Settings → Business → Public Page.

What you can set

  • Hero Section: the headline and Subtitle / Description at the top
  • Branding & Call to Action: your brand colour and the main button, with its text and link (a URL, or a section of the page such as #contact)
  • About Section and Trust & Compliance Section: a few words about you, and what you want visitors to trust you for
  • Section Visibility: show or hide About, Services, Contact, Store and Careers
  • Business Status: Online Status, and a Custom Status Message such as “Closed for Holidays”
  • Social & Contact Links: your website and social profiles, and a contact email and phone that override your business details
Your brand colour is one colour for everything: the store, the careers page, the browser tab on phones, and your invoices and emails.

Your address

Your handle is set under Public address. If you change it, your public pages answer on the new address straight away, and the old one keeps working: it stays reserved to you, so links already shared, bookmarked or printed still work.

Search engines

Search Engine Visibility decides whether your landing page, shop and careers page can appear in Google, Bing and other search engines. Customer accounts and document-verification links always stay private and are never indexed.

FAQ

Not at the moment. Your public site is served at <your-handle>.mysoftbooq.com. You can link to it from your own website.
It needs Careers switched on under Section Visibility, and Human Resources on your plan (Softbooq Pro).
No. Your public site does not accept scripts or custom HTML, which keeps every business’s site and its visitors safe.
