# Jacinta on problem screens
> Ask Jacinta to explain a problem in plain words and, where the screen has a fix, run it with you
Where Softbooq shows you a problem, Jacinta can explain it. Choose **Ask Jacinta** next to the problem: she reads what the screen shows at that moment and explains it in plain words, and what you can do about it.
## Where you find her
* **Books Health**: what is wrong in your books, and the repair
* **Period End Closing**: an item on the close checklist that is not done
* **Payment Runs**: a run that is stuck or a payment that did not go through
* **Bills**: bills that are stuck on their way to being paid
* **VAT Return**, under **Before you file**: a check that did not pass
* **Recon Workbench**: bank lines that do not match
* **Products & Services**: stock that has gone below zero
* **Importers**: a file that will not import
* Undelivered emails, and integration problems on the Dashboard
* Bank matches on your phone
## What she does
* **She explains first.** Every answer starts from the facts on your screen.
* **Where the screen has a fix, she offers it under What I can do.** Before anything happens you see **What will change**, in the screen's own words, and the fix runs only when you confirm it. It is the same repair the screen offers without her.
* **On the VAT return she only explains.** She never files and never changes a figure; she points you to the screen that makes each fix.
* **If the problem is in Softbooq itself**, not in your books, she tells you so. Asking is then free.
The fixes on each screen keep working without her.
## What it costs
The button says the cost before you ask:

| **Included** | Part of your plan's daily help: no AI credits used. The button shows how many are left today |
| **Free** | The problem is in Softbooq, not in your books |
| **Uses AI credits** | Today's included help is used up, so this uses AI credits |
When today's included help is used up and there are no credits, the button is replaced by a line saying when her help comes back.
Jacinta needs AI to be switched on for your workspace and the permission **Use the AI assistant**. Without them the button does not appear, and the screen's own fixes still work.
